Ever since I first tasted this sauce, it quickly because a staple in my pantry. From morning omelettes to teriyaki chicken dishes with a dash of spice, or even with some homemade perogies; I put this sauce on everything. It’s sweet, with subtle but noticeable heat that I find works with almost anything. I’ve been an off and on hot sauces my entire life, but this has changed the game for me. I was so used to burn, I never knew that I could reach different levels of complex tastes that develop with hotter ingredients and not get that stomach burning feeling in return. Even after having the “hot” version of this original sauce, I was able to appreciate what true hot sauce fanatics fo for when looking for their next spice or kicker. So excited to see what comes next, as I’m sure it will be another hit!

I’m genuinely impressed on how the hot sauces were able to deliver both flavour and heat!! I’ve personally built up quite a tolerance with Hot Sauce and often times, the spice will overpower the flavour and is all you can taste. I was EXTREMELY surprised when I found out that not only does the spice have the intensity to make you sweat and your nose drippy, but that it doesn’t overpower the actual flavour of the sauce!!

The Basque Chimichurri is amazing. It’s not the oily green slurry that you get with traditional Chimichurris. The aroma is so enticing - you just start to salivate. It’s amazing with empanadas and great for bbq. Sorry, grandma, I have fallen in love with this Chimichurri.

It’s been only three days since I received my order of Korean Mild Hot Sauce and the Basque Chimichurri, and I’ve just placed an order for some more. I added the Veggie Dip and I can’t wait to try it. Love, love, love.

I’ve been lucky to have had the Basque Chimichurri for about 10 years (family friend). It truly is a secret recipe. Believe me, I’ve tried to, to no avail. I now have it stocked in my butcher shop and they’ve been flying off the shelves. No bbq is complete without this essential condiment. Move over horseradish, it’s Chimichurri Time!

I was over at my friend’s house to watch the hockey game, and he had made Chimichurri chicken wings. OMG! Game changer. During half-time, I placed an order. Can’t wait!
