Ever since I first tasted this sauce, it quickly because a staple in my pantry. From morning omelettes to teriyaki chicken dishes with a dash of spice, or even with some homemade perogies; I put this sauce on everything. It’s sweet, with subtle but noticeable heat that I find works with almost anything. I’ve been an off and on hot sauces my entire life, but this has changed the game for me. I was so used to burn, I never knew that I could reach different levels of complex tastes that develop with hotter ingredients and not get that stomach burning feeling in return. Even after having the “hot” version of this original sauce, I was able to appreciate what true hot sauce fanatics fo for when looking for their next spice or kicker. So excited to see what comes next, as I’m sure it will be another hit!
